Description

A practical way to transport bandages on the go. The roll is attached to the belt through two loops. If you loosen the closure strap, the bag folds apart and the bandages can be pulled out. The bandages themselves are attached with a drawstring on the inside, so that they can not fall out. It also allows bandages of various lengths to fit in easily. It’s a useful accessory for every healer in LARP.

By default, the normal roll contains 3 longer (approx. 2.5 m) and 3 shorter (approx. 1.50 m) bandages. The large roll contains 5 longer (approx. 2.5 m) and 5 shorter (approx. 1.50 m) bandages.

Our bandages are specially designed for LARP, because we have taken into account a few factors that otherwise can be a nuisance when used in the game:

- The end of the bandage has two bands to hold it together, so it can't unroll in the bag unintentionally.
- With these bands, the bandage can be easily fixed to the patient without clamming or tearing.
- They are washable. The edges of our bandages are sewn around so that they cannot unravel during washing, as is often the case with self-cut bandages.
- They are long enough!

So don't forget to grab a few extra bandages to restock. They are available individually or as a set in our store.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We charge a flat fee of $4.99 for shipping, waived on orders exceeding $35. All duties and taxes are included in the case of international shipping.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

The shipping times within the US are 2-5 days.

CANCELLATIONS

In-stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed in real-time, so canceling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact Customer Service by email HERE as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund.

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Effective Date: March 2017

Burgschneider will accept returns for items purchased on the Burgschneider online store that are received back within 120 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 120 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We do not make exchanges. You may return for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All tags must be attached
  • All original packaging must be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Burgschneider and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION? 

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

RETURN PROCESS
