Bought for my Fiancé. it looks incredible, and she absolutely loves it. Really high quality stuff, as is the usual with burgschneider (highly recommended this store). We will need to hem it, but we expected that would be the case. For reference, she is 5'0' and we ordered a medium (the dress length is apparently the same as the small, unless I misinterpreted the size chart). 11 out of 10, cannot speak highly enough of this store or this item.

I *highly* recommend Burgschneider! This is truly a magnificent dress. I ordered the small and it fits perfectly. The fabric is warm and sewn very well. The seller shipped the dress so quickly I couldn't believe it. Also, when their post office had issues with my mailing address, the seller contacted me immediately - I cannot say all sellers have this same work ethic and customer service. This dress has a really nice weight to it. I plan to wear it in a couple weeks to a Nordic Viking festival in Michigan. The temperature will be about 10-30 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the day and night. I plan to wear the Green Enya coat over top. I bought both the XXL and XXXL sizes. My measurments are 50"bust, 44"waist and 58"hips. I can wear the XXL, but it's snug. I'm 5'4" and its just above the floor about 1-2 inches. The XXXL has some sway while wearing and hem touches the floor . I bought both because I've been losing some weight. I'll keep both since the material is so nice and hem can lift with my belt. I own so many bergschneider items, I want 1 of everything!

Leider kein Kleid für Leute mit breiten Schultern. Da war M dann doch zu klein also ging es leider zurück. Aber eine Nummer größer passt es gut an den Schultern, auch wenn es an der Hüfte ein bisschen weiter ist.
An sich gibts nichts zu meckern, leider ist selbst bei der Größe die ich bestellt habe das Kleid sehr eng um die Schultern.

Size was exactly as described- glad I went with the measurements. Wore this to an outdoor concert at 60 degrees Fahrenheit in October and was very comfortable. Beautiful and authentic, can't wait for another occasion to wear.

Omg! I absolutely love this dress!
Fantastic dress, very strong material and has a nice durable fit.
It is high quality, but a lot thicker than expected. As an underdress, my wife expected it to be much thinner and more easily wearable under a tunic or overdress.
