Alison Nelson At 5'4" 115lbs, the shoulders fit perfectly in XS and there is wiggle room in the waist that looks good with a belt. It's plenty long, but not too long. Maybe if you were under 5'2" it would be too long. You could be a lot taller and it wouldn't be too short. A bonus would be knowing what knot was used to tie the leather so I can redo it the same.
