HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
The shipping times within the US are 2-5 days.

CANCELLATIONS
In-stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed in real-time, so canceling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact Customer Service by email HERE as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund.
Return policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Effective Date: March 2017
Burgschneider will accept returns for items purchased on the Burgschneider online store that are received back within 120 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 120 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We do not make exchanges. You may return for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- No scents or odors
- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Burgschneider and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Send an email to online@burgschneider.com with the order receipt.
Step 2: Repackage garments, include the order receipt, and post the package to one of the addresses below:

Arrived quick! The quality is great and it’s very adjustable in size. It goes about mid calf on me. It would be easy to size down. It will also be very warm in the summer
I picked up this as part of my first SCA garb. The fabric is a lovely natural cream colour. It washed well. I am 5'10" and it came to about mid calf on me. My only complaint is the sleeves are short. Especially under the Frideswinde dress.
My wife loves this product
It is wonderfully adjustable. I was worried I wouldn't fit into a medium, but I probably could have. But it doesn't matter as I can easily adjust the neck hole to help fit my shoulders better. It's well made. Nice weight to it but not too heavy. Perfect
Fast shipping, but I feel like the description could be more detailed. The material is just your basic unbleached muslin from any craft store. From the pictures, I thought it would be more like a cream linen (like small clothes are usually made from).
Also, I don't know how short the model in the picture is, but it's much longer in these pictures than in real life. I'm 4'11, and it barely came down to mid-shin. Kinda disappointing when I wanted to wear it under something where it would show and needed it to be of a similar length to the outer garment. Again, I think a better description with lengths of the garment would have been helpful.
