The Nasal Spangenhelm is a historically inspired helmet, known for its popularity during medieval Europe. Its name comes from the \"Spangen,\" the metal strips that intricately form the helmet’s framework, connecting four steel plates. The unique design of the frame takes on a conical shape that conforms to the wearer's head, culminating in a point.
This helmet features a protective nose-guard (called a nasal) which gives the overall piece its signature look while providing added protection. To ensure a secure and comfortable fit, our Nasal Spangenhelm comes with an adjustable leather liner and a customizable chin strap.
