The quality is impeccable. The pants are well made, and very comfortable. The size I ordered was perfect. I normally wear US size 40 pants. I ordered these pants in 2XL after following their size chart and taking some measurements. These pants were beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Order a size up. These pants run a bit small, and there isn't any option to fasten them, so if your waist is a bit too big, you're definitely not getting in. Otherwise great construction and fabric, which I had ordered them bigger

The pants are good quality, though they were damaged upon delivery (the second time this has happened - come on FedEx!). The Burgschneider team was very helpful, and when there were issues accessing the return label, they helped me sort it out with UPS. Overall great experience!

The pants came in very small. I ordered 33 waist but you should order for your hip width, as there is no way to adjust. Anyways they sent me a return shipping label. I sent them back today and will order the extra large size. I only hope that the rest of the dimensions aren't going to be extra large. Just need the waist portion so I can actually fit them on.

The quality is impeccable
I'd say I'm a bit hesitant to call what Burgschieder makes as simply reenactment clothing, as Ive been wearing their clothing for everyday wear while out hiking and exploring the wilds. Their clothing is comfortable, offers a great range of movement, feel natural and really have a great tailoring to them. Every type of material they offer is great and useful, and each seam and piece of fabric is durable yet simplistic. I can mend them myself if needed, but the quality is so nice, I've little concern to their longevity.
I have bought 3 pairs of pants, 4 tunics and a coke for myself, and I stand by each one of them for their great craftsmanship. 2 tunics and some pants for my son who just turned 5 and they are gonna last him longer than any piece of clothing you find at the store!

Good pants. Due to the strong smell when this arrived, I had to wash it. I hung dry it but it came out really fuzzy, with lots of lint balls. So be very careful with washing.
These are really great. Fit perfectly. Good, thick wool, very authentic look and not costumey. They just look vintage. Could definitely work as part of a period outfit, but I will wear these out to the pub and walking around town. It's a little weird to not have a fly or button of any kind, but they fit we'll without it, so it's ok.
Fits perfectly. Got a Large and I typically wear a 36' waist pant. Also I am 6'2 and the lenth is perfect. Not too short and doesn't drag on the ground. 10/10 can't wait to buy from them again.
