Simplify your travel with the official Shuttle Service Ticket. This convenient option provides direct transportation from Louisville International Airport (SDF) to the event site and back, coordinated to align with participant flight times and arrival windows.

The Shuttle Service runs on September 29th and returns to Louisville International Airport (SDF) on October 4th, 2026.

A Travel Survey will be released in February 2026 to collect your flight details, allowing us to finalize shuttle departure times in March 2026. Shuttles will operate based on participant volume, ensuring every traveler’s journey to The Shire is smooth and coordinated.

Please note: Shuttle tickets are sold separately and must be purchased in advance. Shuttle capacity and schedules depend on participant demand and flight timing.
