Description:

Silicone Spray Spray the silicone directly on your latex weapon (larp weapon) and work it in on the entire surface. Avoid leather handles, and other non-latex or varnish elements. You can never use too much silicone. This silicone spray is especially for the maintenance of Live Role Play gear made of foam with latex coating. Please note to leave out the leather handle while using the silicone. Remove the remaining silcone with a dry cotton cloth. Every LARP equipment which is made of latex and protection coating will dry out after a long period of use- or storage. A thin coating of silicone protects the equipment and prevents wastage. In addition we recommend to store all latex requistes in a dry and dark place. The content is solvent-free and contains 100% high quality silicone oil. Please use the silicone only outdoors and keep it away from fire. The best temperature to store and use the silicone is 15°C to 25°C. Shake the can a little before usage and spray on the surface from a distance of approx. 20 to 30cm. Content: 500ml

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

The shipping times within the US are 2-5 days.

CANCELLATIONS

In-stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed in real-time, so canceling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact Customer Service by email HERE as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund.

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Effective Date: March 2017

Burgschneider will accept returns for items purchased on the Burgschneider online store that are received back within 120 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 120 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We do not make exchanges. You may return for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All tags must be attached
  • All original packaging must be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Burgschneider and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION? 

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Send an email to online@burgschneider.com with the order receipt.

Step 2: Repackage garments, include the order receipt, and post the package to one of the addresses below:
