Nice sword looks the part, son was delighted with it for his Cosplay costume.

Handle size is too thick at the top and handle wrapping doesn't stick very well as mentioned by most. I plan on doing my own leather wrapping. Though I am surprised nobody mentioned the sturdy crossguard! Quite noteworthy for a larp weapon. Edge is quite thin, but it doesn't hurt when hit with it. Point of balance is also within arming sword range (16cm away from the guard), though I can't say it handles like an actual steel one as you would expect for a foam replica weight. I think this is certainly one to consider for a loaner or starter weapon.
I'm also pleasantly surprised how quickly it was delivered since I am based in Hong Kong. It took a week to arrive!

Das Schwert eignet sich prima für den Einstieg. Leider ist in der Variante mit dem schwarzen Griffband das Band schlecht verklebt und verrutscht bereits beim ersten Probekampf nach unten. Lässt sich auch schlecht nachkleben, da es an einigen Stellen fest ist, sodass man nicht gut drunter kommt. Das erste Schwert hatte ich noch retourniert und mir ein Ersatzschwert bestellt. Hier leider genau dasselbe Problem. Bei der Variante mit dem braunen Griffband ist dieses deutlich besser angebracht.

The whole thing is good except the handle wrapping
For the price of similar quality LARP weapons, I was surprised by how good the quality is. It has a good feel in terms of weight without being too heavy. I would definitely recommend it for anyone starting out!
two issues.
1. the grib is to wide near the guard.
2. I think they are a good deal to hard for the danish larp community.
(And I say that as someone who have been using calimacil since 2007)
But like the design and the quality otherwise.
For the price and quality it's pretty good. Don't know if it would pass all LARP scrutineering. Either good practise sword.
I ordered the basic arming silver. I received the basic arming black. Not a big deal as I planed to modify it anyway. But not everyone is forgiving as me
