This coat is PERFECT for my winter viking festival. I usually freeze, but I already tried this on over my linen nordic gown and stepped outside. I felt very cozy! Cannot wait to revel in this.
An sich wirklich ein sehr schöner Mantel, die Farbe ist noch dunkler als auf dem Foto. Schnitt und Farbe sind super. Der Mantel roch auch nach zweimal waschen und auslüften immer noch sehr stark nach Chemie. Schade, dass Kleidung sogar aus Wolle so sehr chemisch behandelt wird. Die Schnüre habe ich abgeschnitten, sehr unvorteilhaft, da sichtbar und durch einen Druckknopf ersetzt.
Das Material fühlt sich steif an - nach dem Waschen mit Shampoo und Haarspülung war es angenehmer (hatte nicht den Mantel gewaschen, sondern Umhänge aus dem gleichen Material).
Leider ist mir der Mantel zu klein und die Bindebänder sind in schwarz und aus einem Baumwollwebband. Diese sind auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar und in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Schöner wäre, die Bänder wären aus dem selben Material und das Material hätte weniger Polyester. In der Beschreibung wird nur Wollfilz erwähnt, dass darin auch Polyester ist und nur 3/4 Wolle ist nur unter Material ersichtlich.

I was told this would arrive by the date I needed it but it didn't. After I got back from my trip, I received the package and I found it to be a bit stiff and thin, not very soft or warm unfortunately. However seller was great with returns and refunding the full amount, for that I am very appreciative

Ein richtiger Zaubermantel. einfach wunderschön.
Superbe manteau, tissu bien épais et chaud (à voir en hiver bien sûr). Je fais une taille M/38 pour 1,60m, j'ai pris la taille S/M et j'ai la place de mettre un bon pull dessous si besoin, et à l'arrière le bas du manteau m'arrive juste au-dessus des chevilles. J'envisage de changer les liens pour des boutons et une ceinture, mais c'est une affaire de goût et d'esthétique... Bref, je suis très satisfaite !

Awesome piece of clothing! This thing definitely keeps you warm because it's fully double breasted. Bought it for my fiancee and though it's not really her style, she wears it all the time to keep her warm this winter. Great bushcrafting winter wear.
