Brandywine Festival 2026 - Standard Tent Rental

Option 1: Empty Bell Tent

This pre-pitched bell tent is provided empty and includes floor rugs and interior center pole string lighting only. No other furnishings are included.

This option is for an EMPTY tent. When renting an unfurnished tent, you will need to bring your own camp gear, beds, and bedding.

The tent can accommodate up to 6 guests on sleeping bags. Alternatively, you can fit a maximum of 2 queen-size air beds or 3 full-size air beds per tent.

Option 2: Furnished Bell Tent

Our furnished bell tents can accommodate up to 4 guests per tent. All tents are off-grid, meaning the lighting is battery operated and no power or electricity is provided.

Beds are memory foam queen or twin mattresses on elevated bed frames and come fully equipped with linens, bedding, and pillows.

In addition, the tents are furnished with floor rugs, a side table, a camp chair, center pole string lighting, and miscellaneous decorative elements.

Option 3: Early Arrival Setup

Wednesday, September 30 is the standard arrival and set-up day for rental tents. If you are renting a tent and intend to arrive prior to September 30th, the following purchases are required to ensure your tent is set-up in alignment with your arrival.

Monday, September 28 (Festival Early Arrival): Purchase Early Arrival Setup (Monday) for your tent and Early Arrival Tickets for any attendees arriving.

Tuesday, September 29 (Festival Pre-Workshop Arrival): Purchase Early Arrival Setup (Tuesday) for your tent. No Early Arrival Tickets are required for attendees arriving on this day.

Please Note that the “Early Arrival Setup” is solely for the tent setup. You will need to purchase an “Early Arrival Ticket” separately if you would like to arrive at the event grounds early.
