Emperor Tent

Our Emperor Tents are larger in size and have 2 doors. These tents are off-grid meaning our lighting is battery operated.

These can only be rented furnished and can fit up to 6 guests per Emperor Tent using 1, 2 or 3 queen beds.

These tents come with the same furnishings as our Furnished Bell Tents, the only difference is we provide a sitting area / lounge space with a single or double queen configuration.

Our triple queen beds do not have room for an additional seating area.

If you wish to substitute a queen bed for 2 twin beds, please email Kelly after booking this tent option.

Option: Early Arrival Setup

Wednesday, September 30 is the standard arrival and set-up day for rental tents. If you are renting a tent and intend to arrive prior to September 30th, the following purchases are required to ensure your tent is set-up in alignment with your arrival.

Monday, September 28 (Festival Early Arrival): Purchase Early Arrival Setup (Monday) for your tent and Early Arrival Tickets for any attendees arriving.

Tuesday, September 29 (Festival Pre-Workshop Arrival): Purchase Early Arrival Setup (Tuesday) for your tent. No Early Arrival Tickets are required for attendees arriving on this day.

Please Note that the “Early Arrival Setup” is solely for the tent setup. You will need to purchase an “Early Arrival Ticket” separately if you would like to arrive at the event grounds early.
