This coat is wonderful. It brings my entire outfit together better than I imagined. It's warm. It's comfortable. It's well made. I took my measurements and followed the size chart and the fit is perfect.
This... now this is a coat. It is thinner than I expected, but the wool is even nicer than what I thought it would be. when I opened the package the wool is almost shiny, and feels durable enough to even work in. I do not know how Burgschneider does it, but once again I am surprised by the quality. I mean it.
This is no costume, this is clothing... good clothing.
Update, wore it for a few hours today, just to see if it is really warm. It is. Took off my gloves (because they are modern) and the hat is not from Burgschneider, but did not want to take it off. It was about -21F and with wind chill it was -40F. And I was still very warm.
Very nice, I ordered three items from here, the coat, pants, and an under tunic. The pants I had to take out the hem to fit over my calves but other than that everything is great, the material is perfect it's comfortable fits well and most importantly it breathes, which will suit me well for this year's Renaissance faire. Keep up the good work.
Tolles Produkt, qualitativ sehr hochwertig und widerstandsfähig, trägt dabei dennoch nicht zu sehr auf. Geöffnet kann auch bei wärmeren Temperaturen gut Frischluft zirkulieren, geschlossen hält er gut die Wärme und schützt vor Nässe und Kälte.
