The pants were too tight around my calves (just me, I have disproportionately big calves), but support was very friendly and asked me to give them my specific dimensions. I had the pants returned, they told me which size would fit my specific body, and I ordered new ones.

Not true to size at all. I carefully measured my waist and leg length and picked the appropriate one based on the information provided. However, the thighs ran very small. The waistband and string system is basically useless and allows for nearly no adjustment. I am rather skilled at sewing and even after several significant alterations this pair of pants just would not work. This is my second purchase from this seller which has been very disappointing.
